USVery good customer service I was shocked by the quality of the customer service of SSL.com. When I reached out for help on an issue, a support officer (PHOENIX) answered almost instantly, giving very detailed information. He/she didn't just fetch some vaguely relevant article or say "No, we can't do that" like some other companies would. Instead, he/she made sure that the articles I received were helpful, and clarified information that he/she is unsure about with their team. I'm only doing pre-purchase research this time, but I would definitely purchase their products when I'm ready!

AUPhoenix was very persistent and stuck… Phoenix was very persistent and stuck with me until we figured out the error I was having. We even had a zoom call that he recorded to show the developers so we could get things sorted. Also glad that it takes less than a minute to connect with a real person via chat on SSL.com, which is far faster than I had expected when I first wrote in.
