FRS/MIME Certificate Bought a S/MIME certificate for my email address and ran into a couple of problems. Crisanto from SSL's support was very responsive and helped me fix my issue. 10/10 would recommend if you need that type of certificate.

MTBecause of technical limitations by… Because of technical limitations by Microsoft we was forced to acquire eSigner even when other why USB token would be enough for our use case. Luckily JOLEN helped us to get deal which does not ruin our budget but generated new sales for SSL.com which I call as win-win situation. Thank you.

USMy eSigner PIN not working My eSigner PIN not working. I started an online chat and it finds Crisanto, who helps me reset my account PIN and fix another issue in my account as well. It's not something easy and we had follow-up emails back and forth to have it finally figured out, and Crisanto is really helpful. It's now working as a charm.
