I've tried to unsubscribe from email… I've tried to unsubscribe from email blasts 4 times, with enough time between for the disconnect to happen. And yet today, again, I get another - this time seeking praise. Sorry. Zero stars.

Excellent tech support Excellent tech support. I had a complicated multiple account merge/access issue, and dreaded the typical bot response loop. The actual human (Matheus) was responsive, very direct, and extremely helpful. Either a great support, or the most advanced AI in recorded history. I suspect the former. My issue was resolved in just a few minutes. Color me impressed.

I had an issue where a few hundred… I had an issue where a few hundred domains showed up in my account that weren't mine. The support person volunteered to go through an manually delete the domains that weren't mine. I really appreciate the extra effort from Matheus.

Rodrigo Helped Me To Understand My account was a MESS (due to actions I took because I didn't understand what I was doing). I was receiving dozens of emails, saying the same thing - but the message wasn't right. My credit card also showed duplicate billings. I entered the "chat" box, and Rodrigo spent much time with me. He helped me straighten out all of the problems and assured me my account was correct moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me that did not make sense to me previously.
