GBI had an issue where a few hundred… I had an issue where a few hundred domains showed up in my account that weren't mine. The support person volunteered to go through an manually delete the domains that weren't mine. I really appreciate the extra effort from Matheus.

AU5 out of 5 for Mark I needed to scan multiple pages of a vendor site that had authentication issues. I was getting stuck and contacted the help feature and dealt with Mark. Mark went above and beyond to assist me, treated me like a human being, and provide me with all the information I required at every step of the way. I have not had that level of customer support in such a long time. Userway are lucky to have him as a support - we need more Marks in the world!

GBI've tried to unsubscribe from email… I've tried to unsubscribe from email blasts 4 times, with enough time between for the disconnect to happen. And yet today, again, I get another - this time seeking praise. Sorry. Zero stars.

GBYour customer service support is great Your customer service support is great. Always answering and helping with technical issues in an expedite manner. Even though all of the staff that I've dealt with have been great, my go to person is Rodrigo Asai, he is extreamly helpful.

GBGreat User Support, Highly Recommended Our municipality installed the widget on our public website, but needed help relocating it once installed. I opened a chat with Rodrigo at Userway asking for help. Within 5 minutes, he had given us a new icon and relocated it on the site so that it's accessible, yet not interfering with functionality. Great support!
