Rodrigo Helped Me To Understand My account was a MESS (due to actions I took because I didn't understand what I was doing). I was receiving dozens of emails, saying the same thing - but the message wasn't right. My credit card also showed duplicate billings. I entered the "chat" box, and Rodrigo spent much time with me.
