CAWonderful I like the widget and it’s feature. Excellent start for me at least to have a lot of accessibility functionality to be added to my website and it comes for free !!! So I will keep checking for sometime and I am planning to immediately go to pro level. Also the support is perfect (prompt and professional) … I tried everything before I purchase, and so far all is perfect.

GBYour customer service support is great Your customer service support is great. Always answering and helping with technical issues in an expedite manner. Even though all of the staff that I've dealt with have been great, my go to person is Rodrigo Asai, he is extreamly helpful.

GBRodrigo Helped Me To Understand My account was a MESS (due to actions I took because I didn't understand what I was doing). I was receiving dozens of emails, saying the same thing - but the message wasn't right. My credit card also showed duplicate billings. I entered the "chat" box, and Rodrigo spent much time with me. He helped me straighten out all of the problems and assured me my account was correct moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me that did not make sense to me previously. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks to Rodrigo and UserWay for helping me with this subject, which was very confusing to me.

GBGreat User Support, Highly Recommended Our municipality installed the widget on our public website, but needed help relocating it once installed. I opened a chat with Rodrigo at Userway asking for help. Within 5 minutes, he had given us a new icon and relocated it on the site so that it's accessible, yet not interfering with functionality.
