GBRodrigo Helped Me To Understand My account was a MESS (due to actions I took because I didn't understand what I was doing). I was receiving dozens of emails, saying the same thing - but the message wasn't right. My credit card also showed duplicate billings. I entered the "chat" box, and Rodrigo spent much time with me. He helped me straighten out all of the problems and assured me my account was correct moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me that did not make sense to me previously. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks to Rodrigo and UserWay for helping me with this subject, which was very confusing to me.

GBGreat product and customer support! My agency has been using UserWay for a couple years now and it has been fantastic. The product itself is feature rich (even on the free plan) and has helped many of our users with accessing our resources and site. We often refer colleagues to try UserWay and see if it can solve the issues that they have with accessibility and so far a good chunk of them have reported back positively. I also want to shout-out to their customer support. The support is always very quick to respond and provide help. Just this morning I spoke with Rodrigo who was able to quickly tell me the process to add more administrative users to our account. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the subject. GBI had an issue where a few hundred… I had an issue where a few hundred domains showed up in my account that weren't mine. The support person volunteered to go through an manually delete the domains that weren't mine. I really appreciate the extra effort from Matheus.
