GBExcellent tech support Excellent tech support. I had a complicated multiple account merge/access issue, and dreaded the typical bot response loop. The actual human (Matheus) was responsive, very direct, and extremely helpful. Either a great support, or the most advanced AI in recorded history. I suspect the former. My issue was resolved in just a few minutes. Color me impressed.

GBGreat product and customer support! My agency has been using UserWay for a couple years now and it has been fantastic. The product itself is feature rich (even on the free plan) and has helped many of our users with accessing our resources and site. We often refer colleagues to try UserWay and see if it can solve the issues that they have with accessibility and so far a good chunk of them have reported back positively. I also want to shout-out to their customer support. The support is always very quick to respond and provide help. Just this morning I spoke with Rodrigo who was able to quickly tell me the process to add more administrative users to our account. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the subject. All together, this is a great product that is supported by an amazing team!

GBRodrigo Helped Me To Understand My account was a MESS (due to actions I took because I didn't understand what I was doing). I was receiving dozens of emails, saying the same thing - but the message wasn't right. My credit card also showed duplicate billings. I entered the "chat" box, and Rodrigo spent much time with me. He helped me straighten out all of the problems and assured me my account was correct moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me that did not make sense to me previously. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks to Rodrigo and UserWay for helping me with this subject, which was very confusing to me.

CAWonderful I like the widget and it’s feature. Excellent start for me at least to have a lot of accessibility functionality to be added to my website and it comes for free !!! So I will keep checking for sometime and I am planning to immediately go to pro level. Also the support is perfect (prompt and professional) … I tried everything before I purchase, and so far all is perfect.

GRSupport was incredibly and effective. Thanks Mark!!!!! Signed up for the free trial yesterday, trying to solve issue with languages of the widget. I contacted support and they got back to me in 2 min with very clear directions. Together we find a way to solve the problem and put the code needed in the theme to work. Problem solved! Signed up. My Tech Mark was extraordinary, he work like my concern was his one concern. Thanks Again
