GBGreat product and customer support! My agency has been using UserWay for a couple years now and it has been fantastic. The product itself is feature rich (even on the free plan) and has helped many of our users with accessing our resources and site. We often refer colleagues to try UserWay and see if it can solve the issues that they have with accessibility and so far a good chunk of them have reported back positively. I also want to shout-out to their customer support. The support is always very quick to respond and provide help. Just this morning I spoke with Rodrigo who was able to quickly tell me the process to add more administrative users to our account. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the subject. All together, this is a great product that is supported by an amazing team!

AU5 out of 5 for Mark I needed to scan multiple pages of a vendor site that had authentication issues. I was getting stuck and contacted the help feature and dealt with Mark. Mark went above and beyond to assist me, treated me like a human being, and provide me with all the information I required at every step of the way. I have not had that level of customer support in such a long time. Userway are lucky to have him as a support - we need more Marks in the world!
