Jumbo beta crash related diagnostics I have been a very loyal Jumbo beta tester for quite a while. I experienced instantaneous crashes last night on my iphone SE-2. The crashes continued despite my restarting my phone. It may have had something to do with my trying to activate 2FA with my LinkedIn account; but I couldn't be sure. I left an email to the Jumbo support team explaining my situation and asking for help. This morning, I received a very cogent and especially well-composed email from Isaac on their support team. It exactly spelled out the steps I ought to take to rectify the issues. I am most grateful for the excellent help. - Andrew A Roy

Great App, Great support I tried the service with the free trial offer. I must say, the app works great and serve a really nice purpose. Unfortunatly the price was a little too heavy for me, so I didn't want to go for a full subscription yet. But, as I'm a bit lightheaded I forgot to cancel my free trial before expiration. The support team was really nice and understanding, agreeing to refund my subscription quickly. Great App, Great Team

Refreshingly Caring I have had several interactions with Jumbo Privacy since opening an account & I just felt I had to share how refreshingly caring & efficient I have found the team to be. Their responses are prompt, detailed and helpful. But the overarching feeling I get as one of their clients is of a team that has their clients' wellbeing at heart, and not their wallet. Jumbo always provides customer service… Jumbo always provides customer service above and beyond. They actually read input and noted from customers and respond appropriately. So happy with the protection for my cell phone as well! top notch company!
