She asked for a bug report and if I had done either of a couple of things that would create the issue. Turns out there is a piece of information that didn’t get included and it will be corrected in the next build. I was also given a workaround until the new build is released. Quick and positive response from a team that really cares about their users.

I really loved this app I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial. Cancellation issues I had issues with attempted charges of $99.99 of a subscription I thought I had cancelled, that occurred after the “seven day free trial” had ended. I expressed my concerns to the Jumbo support team, and within 24 hours I was given a friendly and honest response that instantly took away the stress, while also fully canceling my subscription for me. I was very pleased with the timely response and support given to me. Thanks!
