Issac & Christina are Amazing Issac and Christina were both quick in responding and reassuring. Issac explained the silver level that is randomly awarded, when I worried about subscription fees. I was very greatful. Christina, unfortunately, had a tougher problem to crack: I deleted a couple of something (?) and Jumbo couldn’t fix Facebook and Messenger: NOT HER FAULT! I deleted and re-installed Jumbo (Here’s hoping I didn’t make matters worse! 😔) Kale, Edmonton, Alberta 🇨🇦

Submitted a bug report on Sunday Submitted a bug report on Sunday, not expecting a response until at least Monday. That evening Christina responded. She asked for a bug report and if I had done either of a couple of things that would create the issue. Turns out there is a piece of information that didn’t get included and it will be corrected in the next build. I was also given a workaround until the new build is released. Quick and positive response from a team that really cares about their users.
