Jumbo beta crash related diagnostics I have been a very loyal Jumbo beta tester for quite a while. I experienced instantaneous crashes last night on my iphone SE-2. The crashes continued despite my restarting my phone. It may have had something to do with my trying to activate 2FA with my LinkedIn account; but I couldn't be sure. I left an email to the Jumbo support team explaining my situation and asking for help. This morning, I received a very cogent and especially well-composed email from Isaac on their support team. It exactly spelled out the steps I ought to take to rectify the issues. I am most grateful for the excellent help. - Andrew A Roy

Refreshingly Caring I have had several interactions with Jumbo Privacy since opening an account & I just felt I had to share how refreshingly caring & efficient I have found the team to be. Their responses are prompt, detailed and helpful. But the overarching feeling I get as one of their clients is of a team that has their clients' wellbeing at heart, and not their wallet. Issac & Christina are Amazing Issac and Christina were both quick in responding and reassuring. Issac explained the silver level that is randomly awarded, when I worried about subscription fees. I was very greatful. Christina, unfortunately, had a tougher problem to crack: I deleted a couple of something (?) and Jumbo couldn’t fix Facebook and Messenger: NOT HER FAULT!
