Refreshingly Caring I have had several interactions with Jumbo Privacy since opening an account & I just felt I had to share how refreshingly caring & efficient I have found the team to be. Their responses are prompt, detailed and helpful. But the overarching feeling I get as one of their clients is of a team that has their clients' wellbeing at heart, and not their wallet. Submitted a bug report on Sunday Submitted a bug report on Sunday, not expecting a response until at least Monday. That evening Christina responded. She asked for a bug report and if I had done either of a couple of things that would create the issue. Turns out there is a piece of information that didn’t get included and it will be corrected in the next build. I was also given a workaround until the new build is released. Quick and positive response from a team that really cares about their users.

I've installed jumbo since almost day… I've installed jumbo since almost day one of its life. It's intuitive, highly effective. It blocks all Google, Amazon etc tracking in a matter of seconds. 2121 Atelier Inc has taken back privacy to everyone. Great job there, can stay without it

I really loved this app I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial.
