Very good customer service I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. Super fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.
