AUCancellation issues I had issues with attempted charges of $99.99 of a subscription I thought I had cancelled, that occurred after the “seven day free trial” had ended. I expressed my concerns to the Jumbo support team, and within 24 hours I was given a friendly and honest response that instantly took away the stress, while also fully canceling my subscription for me. DEVery good customer service I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. I feel much safer, especially with regard to my social media profiles. However, the reason why I can recommend the app is the exellent customer service. Whenever I run into issues I write an email and can be sure to receive a helpful answer within minutes, no matter if is Monday morning or Sunday evening. Thank you!

AUI really loved this app I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial.
