GBJumbo beta crash related diagnostics I have been a very loyal Jumbo beta tester for quite a while. I experienced instantaneous crashes last night on my iphone SE-2. The crashes continued despite my restarting my phone. It may have had something to do with my trying to activate 2FA with my LinkedIn account; but I couldn't be sure. I left an email to the Jumbo support team explaining my situation and asking for help. This morning, I received a very cogent and especially well-composed email from Isaac on their support team. It exactly spelled out the steps I ought to take to rectify the issues. I am most grateful for the excellent help. - Andrew A Roy

GBGreat app and service! Does a lot, does it well, keeps your info private and an overall great app with matching user experience! I used it a couple of years ago for many months until I got rid of all my social media and no longer need it. If they offered things like "remove you from public people searches", even if it cost a couple hundred I'd pay!

THI have been using this app since day… I have been using this app since day one and I could honestly show there is no better. Whenever there is a possible improvement, they do it immediately. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is concerned about their privacy.

GBSuper fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

AUCancellation issues I had issues with attempted charges of $99.99 of a subscription I thought I had cancelled, that occurred after the “seven day free trial” had ended. I expressed my concerns to the Jumbo support team, and within 24 hours I was given a friendly and honest response that instantly took away the stress, while also fully canceling my subscription for me. I was very pleased with the timely response and support given to me. Thanks!
