FRGreat App, Great support I tried the service with the free trial offer. I must say, the app works great and serve a really nice purpose. Unfortunatly the price was a little too heavy for me, so I didn't want to go for a full subscription yet. But, as I'm a bit lightheaded I forgot to cancel my free trial before expiration. The support team was really nice and understanding, agreeing to refund my subscription quickly. Great App, Great Team

AUCancellation issues I had issues with attempted charges of $99.99 of a subscription I thought I had cancelled, that occurred after the “seven day free trial” had ended. I expressed my concerns to the Jumbo support team, and within 24 hours I was given a friendly and honest response that instantly took away the stress, while also fully canceling my subscription for me. I was very pleased with the timely response and support given to me. Thanks!

ITI've installed jumbo since almost day… I've installed jumbo since almost day one of its life. It's intuitive, highly effective. It blocks all Google, Amazon etc tracking in a matter of seconds. 2121 Atelier Inc has taken back privacy to everyone. Great job there, can stay without it

GBSuper fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

CAIssac & Christina are Amazing Issac and Christina were both quick in responding and reassuring. Issac explained the silver level that is randomly awarded, when I worried about subscription fees. I was very greatful. Christina, unfortunately, had a tougher problem to crack: I deleted a couple of something (?) and Jumbo couldn’t fix Facebook and Messenger: NOT HER FAULT! I deleted and re-installed Jumbo (Here’s hoping I didn’t make matters worse! 😔) Kale, Edmonton, Alberta 🇨🇦
