Jumbo Privacy - Stand Alone Service I have been using Jumbo Privacy for a few years now and watched them grow into something fantastic. They have always resolved any issues I had extremely quickly and professionally. Great App, Great support I tried the service with the free trial offer. I must say, the app works great and serve a really nice purpose. Unfortunatly the price was a little too heavy for me, so I didn't want to go for a full subscription yet. But, as I'm a bit lightheaded I forgot to cancel my free trial before expiration. The support team was really nice and understanding, agreeing to refund my subscription quickly. Great App, Great Team

I really loved this app I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial. I hope to return in the future. Thanks guys!

Great app and service! Does a lot, does it well, keeps your info private and an overall great app with matching user experience! I used it a couple of years ago for many months until I got rid of all my social media and no longer need it. If they offered things like "remove you from public people searches", even if it cost a couple hundred I'd pay!

Super fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.
