Refreshingly Caring I have had several interactions with Jumbo Privacy since opening an account & I just felt I had to share how refreshingly caring & efficient I have found the team to be. Their responses are prompt, detailed and helpful. But the overarching feeling I get as one of their clients is of a team that has their clients' wellbeing at heart, and not their wallet. Super fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

Ahhhhhhh. Jumbo!!! Jumbo is a security option that feels like a long earned sigh! They’re always immediately available to help with any questions I may have. I’ve been with Jumbo for a couple of years. They work to keep my information secure and I don’t need to concern myself with identity theft! I can not recommend them enough. You’ll be just a number at the big security companies… at Jumbo, your family!!!

I really loved this app I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial. Jumbo always provides customer service… Jumbo always provides customer service above and beyond. They actually read input and noted from customers and respond appropriately. So happy with the protection for my cell phone as well! top notch company!
