I really loved this app I really loved this app, but at this moment wasn't able to proceed with the yearly subscription, so the team worked through with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome to receive a refund within just a few days of going past the 7 day trial. Ahhhhhhh. Jumbo!!! Jumbo is a security option that feels like a long earned sigh! They’re always immediately available to help with any questions I may have. I’ve been with Jumbo for a couple of years. They work to keep my information secure and I don’t need to concern myself with identity theft! I can not recommend them enough. You’ll be just a number at the big security companies… at Jumbo, your family!!!

Super fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

Jumbo Privacy - Stand Alone Service I have been using Jumbo Privacy for a few years now and watched them grow into something fantastic. They have always resolved any issues I had extremely quickly and professionally.
