Their responses are prompt, detailed and helpful. But the overarching feeling I get as one of their clients is of a team that has their clients' wellbeing at heart, and not their wallet. THI have been using this app since day… I have been using this app since day one and I could honestly show there is no better. Whenever there is a possible improvement, they do it immediately. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is concerned about their privacy.

DEVery good customer service I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. I feel much safer, especially with regard to my social media profiles. However, the reason why I can recommend the app is the exellent customer service. Whenever I run into issues I write an email and can be sure to receive a helpful answer within minutes, no matter if is Monday morning or Sunday evening. Thank you!

GBGreat app and service! Does a lot, does it well, keeps your info private and an overall great app with matching user experience! I used it a couple of years ago for many months until I got rid of all my social media and no longer need it. If they offered things like "remove you from public people searches", even if it cost a couple hundred I'd pay!
