Jumbo beta crash related diagnostics I have been a very loyal Jumbo beta tester for quite a while. I experienced instantaneous crashes last night on my iphone SE-2. The crashes continued despite my restarting my phone. It may have had something to do with my trying to activate 2FA with my LinkedIn account; but I couldn't be sure. I left an email to the Jumbo support team explaining my situation and asking for help. This morning, I received a very cogent and especially well-composed email from Isaac on their support team. It exactly spelled out the steps I ought to take to rectify the issues. I am most grateful for the excellent help. - Andrew A Roy

Very good customer service I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. I feel much safer, especially with regard to my social media profiles. However, the reason why I can recommend the app is the exellent customer service. Whenever I run into issues I write an email and can be sure to receive a helpful answer within minutes, no matter if is Monday morning or Sunday evening. Thank you!

Issac & Christina are Amazing Issac and Christina were both quick in responding and reassuring. Issac explained the silver level that is randomly awarded, when I worried about subscription fees. I was very greatful. Christina, unfortunately, had a tougher problem to crack: I deleted a couple of something (?) and Jumbo couldn’t fix Facebook and Messenger: NOT HER FAULT! I've installed jumbo since almost day… I've installed jumbo since almost day one of its life. It's intuitive, highly effective. It blocks all Google, Amazon etc tracking in a matter of seconds. 2121 Atelier Inc has taken back privacy to everyone. Great job there, can stay without it

Jumbo Privacy - Stand Alone Service I have been using Jumbo Privacy for a few years now and watched them grow into something fantastic. They have always resolved any issues I had extremely quickly and professionally.
