AUCancellation issues I had issues with attempted charges of $99.99 of a subscription I thought I had cancelled, that occurred after the “seven day free trial” had ended. I expressed my concerns to the Jumbo support team, and within 24 hours I was given a friendly and honest response that instantly took away the stress, while also fully canceling my subscription for me. GBJumbo always provides customer service… Jumbo always provides customer service above and beyond. They actually read input and noted from customers and respond appropriately. So happy with the protection for my cell phone as well! top notch company!

CAIssac & Christina are Amazing Issac and Christina were both quick in responding and reassuring. Issac explained the silver level that is randomly awarded, when I worried about subscription fees. I was very greatful. Christina, unfortunately, had a tougher problem to crack: I deleted a couple of something (?) and Jumbo couldn’t fix Facebook and Messenger: NOT HER FAULT!
