Refreshingly Caring I have had several interactions with Jumbo Privacy since opening an account & I just felt I had to share how refreshingly caring & efficient I have found the team to be. Their responses are prompt, detailed and helpful. But the overarching feeling I get as one of their clients is of a team that has their clients' wellbeing at heart, and not their wallet. I have been using this app since day… I have been using this app since day one and I could honestly show there is no better. Whenever there is a possible improvement, they do it immediately. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is concerned about their privacy.

Very good customer service I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. I feel much safer, especially with regard to my social media profiles. However, the reason why I can recommend the app is the exellent customer service. Whenever I run into issues I write an email and can be sure to receive a helpful answer within minutes, no matter if is Monday morning or Sunday evening. Thank you!

Looks very promising in a competitive market. The product itself is visually appealing and at first glance is providing protection to users. The company also responded quickly to some feedback on just one error in their use of English.

Great app and service! Does a lot, does it well, keeps your info private and an overall great app with matching user experience! I used it a couple of years ago for many months until I got rid of all my social media and no longer need it. If they offered things like "remove you from public people searches", even if it cost a couple hundred I'd pay!
