Great App, Great support I tried the service with the free trial offer. I must say, the app works great and serve a really nice purpose. Unfortunatly the price was a little too heavy for me, so I didn't want to go for a full subscription yet. But, as I'm a bit lightheaded I forgot to cancel my free trial before expiration. The support team was really nice and understanding, agreeing to refund my subscription quickly. Great App, Great Team

Super fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

Ahhhhhhh. Jumbo!!! Jumbo is a security option that feels like a long earned sigh! They’re always immediately available to help with any questions I may have. I’ve been with Jumbo for a couple of years. They work to keep my information secure and I don’t need to concern myself with identity theft! I can not recommend them enough. You’ll be just a number at the big security companies… at Jumbo, your family!!!

Submitted a bug report on Sunday Submitted a bug report on Sunday, not expecting a response until at least Monday. That evening Christina responded. She asked for a bug report and if I had done either of a couple of things that would create the issue. Turns out there is a piece of information that didn’t get included and it will be corrected in the next build. I was also given a workaround until the new build is released. Quick and positive response from a team that really cares about their users.
