DETalking to someone can still be very rewarding After receiving a prompt answer by email, I replied making further questions but also suggesting a call to make the alignment faster and easier. Attendant Patrice called me right away and was very patient, polite and effective to explain everything I needed to know. I wish I could always find someone like Patrice in other support partners.
