I had eFax Corporate password issues I had eFax Corporate password issues. Upon contacting eFax Corporate, Patrice answered and did not stop assisting me until we finally were able to get the User site working. I am very grateful for the time spent and for making eFax Corporate work.

Talking to someone can still be very rewarding After receiving a prompt answer by email, I replied making further questions but also suggesting a call to make the alignment faster and easier. Attendant Patrice called me right away and was very patient, polite and effective to explain everything I needed to know. I wish I could always find someone like Patrice in other support partners. Great work!!

I called customer service seeking help… I called customer service seeking help with unsuccessfully sent faxes. I had the pleasure of speaking with Argyro, who was extremely patient and helpful. Although we got disconnect while waiting to receive confirmation of success from a test fax, she was able to follow up with me via email. It was the simple error of not inputting the country code with the fax number. We even joked saying, "Wouldn't this be funny if I'm just missing the digit 'one' in front for the fax number?" I appreciate the follow up. Thank you for great customer service!
