Whenever I run into problems, I send them a chat request, and I am speaking to someone within 5 minutes, usually less and 95% of the time, they're able to solve my problem by the end of our chat. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.
