Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal. However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive. I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup. I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again.
