Great reliability and support I have been with these people for nearly ten years now and the service is always first class. Tonight I emailed their technical support with a problem and it was solved within a few minutes.

My problem was sorted in no time...Thanks for the help Tom I have had WebHostingPad for years... They have always been so helping when I have had a problem with my websites.. I was not able to create new pages this morning without getting an error message.... I sent in a ticket and Tom helped me get it sorted.... In no time at all I was back up and running again....

Please beware of the company policy… Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

Support above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

The support at Web Hosting Pad is…excellent! The support at Web Hosting Pad is stellar. I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again. It's one less thing for me to learn how Cloudflare works so I put my trust in Web Hosting Pad to take care of it for me. So my website is back up and running again. Thanks guys!
