TWI had a bandwidth spike causing website… I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. We walked through the process step by step until the problems were finally resolved at 2:47AM. Now my website and FTP are working smoothly. Many thanks to Webhostingpad’s support staff! 👍👍👍

CAQuick and professional support at a competitive price. Highly recommended! I've been with WebHostingPad for over 15 years! I initially signed up because of their unbeatable signup offer. Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal. However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive. I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup. I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

GBSupport above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

DEStellar service for more than 10 years I've been using WebHostingPad.com for something like 10 years now. What really stands out is their customer service. Whenever I run into problems, I send them a chat request, and I am speaking to someone within 5 minutes, usually less and 95% of the time, they're able to solve my problem by the end of our chat. Definitely recommended!

GBFRAUDLENT COMPANY **WARNING i was trying to leave the company, The Locked all my website with the icann registrar (by changeing the registered owner!) and made it so I could no get my websites away from them. then when i called support he denied(all same guy) Nick the Dick, and then had my number blocked so i couldn't call his support! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
