They are always clear, patient, and available to help. Plus, their prices are lower than most. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Support above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

FRAUDLENT COMPANY **WARNING i was trying to leave the company, The Locked all my website with the icann registrar (by changeing the registered owner!) and made it so I could no get my websites away from them. then when i called support he denied(all same guy) Nick the Dick, and then had my number blocked so i couldn't call his support! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Amazing support staff Amazing support staff. Again today, they've responded to my email and fixed my problem within 30 minutes, even if it was late in the evening. I have been using WebHostingPad for about 10 years and still very happy with their service. Just renewed my hosting plan for another 5 years!
