Webhostingpad is great Webhostingpad is great. They response within minutes. I get an auto response first and then usually within 10 minutes or less I get a person response and they fix my problems ASAP. I highly recommend them for great customer service.

Stellar service for more than 10 years I've been using WebHostingPad.com for something like 10 years now. What really stands out is their customer service. Whenever I run into problems, I send them a chat request, and I am speaking to someone within 5 minutes, usually less and 95% of the time, they're able to solve my problem by the end of our chat. Please beware of the company policy… Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

FRAUDLENT COMPANY **WARNING i was trying to leave the company, The Locked all my website with the icann registrar (by changeing the registered owner!) and made it so I could no get my websites away from them. then when i called support he denied(all same guy) Nick the Dick, and then had my number blocked so i couldn't call his support! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
