I've been a customer for almost 14 years now and no matter what questions I have asked, their support team is always readily available and promptly reply back with a solution. Tech Support is second to none! It's one of the many reasons i continue to renew my services with them. My problem was sorted in no time...Thanks for the help Tom I have had WebHostingPad for years... They have always been so helping when I have had a problem with my websites.. I was not able to create new pages this morning without getting an error message.... I sent in a ticket and Tom helped me get it sorted.... In no time at all I was back up and running again....

Please beware of the company policy… Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

Great reliability and support I have been with these people for nearly ten years now and the service is always first class. Tonight I emailed their technical support with a problem and it was solved within a few minutes.

FRAUDLENT COMPANY **WARNING i was trying to leave the company, The Locked all my website with the icann registrar (by changeing the registered owner!) and made it so I could no get my websites away from them. then when i called support he denied(all same guy) Nick the Dick, and then had my number blocked so i couldn't call his support! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
