GBSupport above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

TTAmazing Support WebHostingPad.com support team is amazing, 5 minutes is the longest I have ever waited for a response to any of my concerns. They have always been extremely willing to resolve any of my website issues, evening non-host related problems, like discovering ad fixing bad codes. I host all my site through Webhostingpad.com for their impeccable support service. They are great!!

GBFRAUDLENT COMPANY **WARNING i was trying to leave the company, The Locked all my website with the icann registrar (by changeing the registered owner!) and made it so I could no get my websites away from them. then when i called support he denied(all same guy) Nick the Dick, and then had my number blocked so i couldn't call his support! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

INPlease beware of the company policy… Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes
