The support at Web Hosting Pad is…excellent! The support at Web Hosting Pad is stellar. I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again. It's one less thing for me to learn how Cloudflare works so I put my trust in Web Hosting Pad to take care of it for me. So my website is back up and running again. Thanks guys!

Whenever I run into problems, I send them a chat request, and I am speaking to someone within 5 minutes, usually less and 95% of the time, they're able to solve my problem by the end of our chat.
