After major issues with the third, with another company, I am also moving it to Web Hosting Pad. Their people are amazing. They are willing to go above and beyond to help. They are always clear, patient, and available to help. Plus, their prices are lower than most. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Quick and professional support at a competitive price. Highly recommended! I've been with WebHostingPad for over 15 years! I initially signed up because of their unbeatable signup offer. Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal. However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive. I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup. I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

Please beware of the company policy… Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

Support above and beyond! I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.
