Whenever I run into problems, I send them a chat request, and I am speaking to someone within 5 minutes, usually less and 95% of the time, they're able to solve my problem by the end of our chat. I had a bandwidth spike causing website… I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. The support at Web Hosting Pad is…excellent! The support at Web Hosting Pad is stellar. I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again.
