I never feel like my lack of tech ability to solve my problems is ever looked down upon - they have the patience of saints to see anything I bring to them through. This is why I've been with them for 20 years and will never change. I'm a micro-small customer and they treat me like I'm a million-dollar customer.

GBProblems solved! We recently had a question on our invoice and called about it. It was a little difficult and the person who took our call was friendly and went to a lot of work trying to find the answer. She eventually found the problem and it was rectified. We were very happy with the outcome and clarification provided. We also like the fact that the service is considerably less than our other phone service provider.

GBAbsolutely horrible Absolutely horrible! They do not rate the one star I was forced to give. I was lied to once the sales person's lips started moving. My phones did not work for nearly two months and I had to do work arounds to make and receive calls. No one knew how to fix the issues I was having even after being escalated to their Extreme Cases Team. After all the issues stemming from their system and tech incompetence they changed me over two hundred dollars in rebate fees. I was told I had to return the equipment, but after asking customer service six times for the information so I could return the equipment, I gave up. Buyer beware! Forked tonged sales, spiderweb of transfers, and empty tunnels or false hope.

GBEasy cancellation We had to cancel our service due to a death in the family. I requested and got callback within a few minutes. The person that helped me had good information knew what to do and handled everything, No problems at all. We hated canceling the service because it had been excellent but due to changing family situation we didn't need it anymore

GBIntermedia is superb Intermedia is superb! In the many years I have been with them, service has never gone down. Support always solves my problems, quick to answer the call. Smart, articulate reps. Open issues followed up until completed.
