The person that helped me had good information knew what to do and handled everything, No problems at all. We hated canceling the service because it had been excellent but due to changing family situation we didn't need it anymore

I never feel like my lack of tech ability to solve my problems is ever looked down upon - they have the patience of saints to see anything I bring to them through.
