Intermedia has the Best Tech Support!! Anyone not using Intermedia for housing your E-mail and leasing Microsoft Office 365 from is doing themselves a disservice! One of my emails would not connect… One of my emails would not connect through Outlook. OWA worked fine. Called Intermedia tech support. First level of support determined probable cause was a corrupted profile since we had several both active and inactive. This tech transferred me to an expert tech level and that tech quickly made a new profile and after confirming all working, he deleted the old profiles. Now Outlook working just fine. Both techs were knowledgeable and accurate with assessments and fixed the problem quickly. I recommend Intermedia.

I never feel like my lack of tech ability to solve my problems is ever looked down upon - they have the patience of saints to see anything I bring to them through. Top Notch Company We have used Intermedia as our Exchange host and for file sharing for last several years and their systems have been extremely consistent. no down time, log in issues, etc. when we have needed customer support, it has been easy to reach by phone and issues resolved while on the call.

Easy cancellation We had to cancel our service due to a death in the family. I requested and got callback within a few minutes. The person that helped me had good information knew what to do and handled everything, No problems at all. We hated canceling the service because it had been excellent but due to changing family situation we didn't need it anymore
