GBI had a problem adding my exchange emails to my phone I had a problem adding my exchange emails to my new iphone. I phoned Intermedia and spoke to Svetlana who was very kind and patient with me. She then referred me to Insha from the email specialist team. Insha also followed up with a call today to check that everything was working. Both staff should be commended for their exceptional customer service skills.

The team at Intermedia made the transition flawless and have answered all our questions and been beyond helpful. GBMangal D was very helpful I was assisted by Mangal D at Intermedia. He was very helpful and with his assistance we were able to activate the token for the MFA rollout for my Outlook access. He explained everything clearly as we went along and answered all my questions. The process went very smoothly and efficiently.
