OMG these have to be fake reviews OMG these have to be fake reviews. There is no way possible that legit customers are giving this company 5 stars. Or even more than 1 star. You can't cancel this scam company. I cancelled 3 times and they even updated my credit card info themselves somehow! Trust me, go read other real reviews on other site. Do not use metrofax unless you want to be billed forever.

QUICK EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I received my credit card statement recently and it had what I thought was an additional $5.00 charge from MetroFAX. It turns out that what I thought was an additional charge was actually a reduced charge [from $9.95 to $5.00] due to a $4.95 credit on my usual $9.95 charge that had been issued. Rowena very quickly tracked it down and explained it to me. Excellent service; quick response; professional!!!

STAY AWAY!! Terrible Customer Service. I never write negative reviews but do yourself a favor and don't use this company. The only semi helpful people they have is in the sales department which forget who you are the moment you give your credit card number. I can't believe that they are still in business. Edit: Their social support team saw this review and assisted with our refund. Updated the review from 1-3 stars.

The process to cancel my account was… The process to cancel my account was slow, but Chris I completed it well. He can't help that he has to do so many chats simultaneously, like all the poor chat humans. That was more than just pressing a button and acknowledging that I meant it suggests that one should not do business with MetroFax.

I was having trouble getting my fax to go through to a "non restricted number"… I was having trouble getting my fax to go through, stating that it was being sent to a "restricted" number. I have used that fax number before...but I didn't remember to put a "1" in front of the fax number to send, although it was a local number I was faxing to. Lyra P. at metrofax quickly helped me to resolve my problem through Metrofax Chat Services. I really appreciated her valuable and friendly assistance. Metrofax services have been "GREAT"!!
