USGreat customer service Email was responded to within 1-2 hours, very short time. The rep listened to my concern and offered the suggestions to remedy the issue for me. He took the time to provide the information to me, in which I was able to make a decision within a few minutes and the issue was resolved. He even went out of his way to ask management for a credit on my behalf! Who does that anymore?? GREAT customer service. I deal with offices and people all day, every day, you don't find truly good customer service anywhere anymore. This was great.

USGlenn R Glenn R. assisted me canceling my husband's account. My husband passed away and I no longer needed the account and Glenn was very helpful with my request. He took the time to explain he was in other chats and that his responses could take a little longer. He was very courteous and kind. I had no experience with Metrofax until needing to cancel. He made the experience easy with no hassles.

USSTAY AWAY!! Terrible Customer Service. I never write negative reviews but do yourself a favor and don't use this company. The only semi helpful people they have is in the sales department which forget who you are the moment you give your credit card number. I can't believe that they are still in business. Edit: Their social support team saw this review and assisted with our refund. Updated the review from 1-3 stars.

CAJust the fax, ma’am I needed to send a one time fax. Often all these companies offer free trial but hidden with the small print is a commitment or a high price. What makes MetroFax different is that they offered to continue my service with a promotion, but understood that I didn’t need it and quickly backed off and respected my wishes. Chris was especially thoughtful and understanding and most of all respectful when they dealt with me.

USI love using Metrofax I love using Metrofax! I didn't realize it, but my account got cancelled due to nonpayment because my credit card got compromised this summer. I used the Chat feature on Metrofax.com and spoke with Glaiza. Glaiza was awesome and solved the problem rather quickly and now I'm back up running using Metrofax for all my business faxing needs. Glaiza even got my same fax number back and was able to save me money by paying annually.
