GBMy Experience with Metrofax What started out as a billing question turned into education for this older consumer. Spoke with a gentleman named Glenn R. He took the time to educate me on what I'm paying for, services offered and how to find that information online, given I rarely fax. He was very patient and answered all my questions! Kudos to Metrofax for having this fine employee!

CAJust the fax, ma’am I needed to send a one time fax. Often all these companies offer free trial but hidden with the small print is a commitment or a high price. What makes MetroFax different is that they offered to continue my service with a promotion, but understood that I didn’t need it and quickly backed off and respected my wishes. Chris was especially thoughtful and understanding and most of all respectful when they dealt with me.

GBVery satisfied longtime business account I've been using Metrofax for my business for years (a toll free number) Once, the combination of a foolish error mixing up credit card info and my spam folder catching their notices resulted in the mistaken closing of my account. When I realized the problem, I contacted their support and assisted by "Lyra". She understood the problem, confirmed my identity, and I was back up and running in minutes. What could have been an absolute disaster was resolved faster and more professionally than I could have hoped for. I'll be sticking with this service for as long as I have my business. They're great!

GBSorry to cancel but I will be back I needed to cancel my account due to serious health problems and finances and temporarily moving to my daughters home. Rowena was awesome and very understanding. GBGlenn R Glenn R. assisted me canceling my husband's account. My husband passed away and I no longer needed the account and Glenn was very helpful with my request. He took the time to explain he was in other chats and that his responses could take a little longer. He was very courteous and kind. I had no experience with Metrofax until needing to cancel. He made the experience easy with no hassles.
