I was having trouble getting my fax to go through to a "non restricted number"… I was having trouble getting my fax to go through, stating that it was being sent to a "restricted" number. I have used that fax number before...but I didn't remember to put a "1" in front of the fax number to send, although it was a local number I was faxing to. Surprised to get decent chat service & fast My chat 'person' Glenn R. was very helpful and quickly helped me get my account number and sent me a welcome e-mail so I could log into my account. Once you get past the robot the person is helpful to your specific issue. I still prefer a customer service representative - there is e-mail as well, chat is better than e-mail, live phone rep is better than chat. What can I say - I like personal service when I can talk to someone. Glenn R however got the job done well!
