GBI was helped I tried to cancel the service after a free trial because the client I was going to need it for simply decided to take his business elsewhere and I could not afford the recurring fee without his custom. Glenn R. offered a less expensive plan with fewer pages and I changed to it and he helped me with the payment due date because of cash flow restraints. He was very kind and helpful.

He took the time to educate me on what I'm paying for, services offered and how to find that information online, given I rarely fax. He was very patient and answered all my questions! Kudos to Metrofax for having this fine employee!

GBSTAY AWAY!! Terrible Customer Service. I never write negative reviews but do yourself a favor and don't use this company. The only semi helpful people they have is in the sales department which forget who you are the moment you give your credit card number. I can't believe that they are still in business. Edit: Their social support team saw this review and assisted with our refund. Updated the review from 1-3 stars.
