He can't help that he has to do so many chats simultaneously, like all the poor chat humans. USOMG these have to be fake reviews OMG these have to be fake reviews. There is no way possible that legit customers are giving this company 5 stars. Or even more than 1 star. You can't cancel this scam company. I cancelled 3 times and they even updated my credit card info themselves somehow! Trust me, go read other real reviews on other site. Do not use metrofax unless you want to be billed forever.
