USI was helped I tried to cancel the service after a free trial because the client I was going to need it for simply decided to take his business elsewhere and I could not afford the recurring fee without his custom. Glenn R. offered a less expensive plan with fewer pages and I changed to it and he helped me with the payment due date because of cash flow restraints. He was very kind and helpful.

USI was having a billing issue after I… I was having a billing issue after I thought I had cancelled my account. I contacted customer service and Joke helped me out. I don't know if I will receive a full refund but I was treated very professionally and promptly. Joke did an outstanding customer service job, now we will see if MetroFax will be able to refund the amounts I feel I was overcharged. No matter the outcome, the customer service was excellent.

USSorry to cancel but I will be back I needed to cancel my account due to serious health problems and finances and temporarily moving to my daughters home. Rowena was awesome and very understanding. USQUICK EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I received my credit card statement recently and it had what I thought was an additional $5.00 charge from MetroFAX. It turns out that what I thought was an additional charge was actually a reduced charge [from $9.95 to $5.00] due to a $4.95 credit on my usual $9.95 charge that had been issued. Rowena very quickly tracked it down and explained it to me. Excellent service; quick response; professional!!!

USVery satisfied longtime business account I've been using Metrofax for my business for years (a toll free number) Once, the combination of a foolish error mixing up credit card info and my spam folder catching their notices resulted in the mistaken closing of my account. When I realized the problem, I contacted their support and assisted by "Lyra". She understood the problem, confirmed my identity, and I was back up and running in minutes. What could have been an absolute disaster was resolved faster and more professionally than I could have hoped for. I'll be sticking with this service for as long as I have my business. They're great!
