GBAmazing App - Synder The Synder app streamlined a large amount of bookkeeping. I was looking for an app that integrated with QBO, and the best I could have done was choose the Synder app. Much to my surprise was the excellent support. I spoke with George, who was patient, knowledgeable, and informative. I recommend using Synder if you are looking for great support and app.

CAGreat customer service. So far, I am very happy with synder.com. They have been doing a good job at helping me and my accounant set up the integration between my merchant accounts and quickbooks. Liza N, who has helped us today, was particularly helpful. I definitely recommend checking out this platform if you have an ecommerce business.

QAQuickbooks + Shopify I am using Synder to sync the orders of Shopify with Quickbooks so I can get day to day cost of goods and profit. What I like about Synder is the amount of options and details available to choose and see, which other free apps don't have. In addition to the awesome customer support that they have, I am dealt with Lana and Felix so far and they are very helpful and fast.

GBAwful Awful! Left our business high and dry! We were using as a business critical api connector between our invoicing platform and accounting software. Suddenly invoices weren't appearing in our accounting software which can have large knock on affects. I had no resolutions provided or anyone look into, the CSM kept spouting random 'fixes' and 'causes' none of which came close to resolving the issue and clearly weren't the root cause. I requested the matter be escalated and resolved asap with them also confirming our data integrity. All I received was a rude and obnoxious email lecture from a TSE called: Andrew Ivanitskiy, who's only fix suggestion was to change our business and how we billed. Absolute farce, wouldn't trust them to send a letter let alone critical business data.
