GBAmazing App - Synder The Synder app streamlined a large amount of bookkeeping. I was looking for an app that integrated with QBO, and the best I could have done was choose the Synder app. Much to my surprise was the excellent support. I spoke with George, who was patient, knowledgeable, and informative. I recommend using Synder if you are looking for great support and app.

UAI'm using Synder for around 4 months to… I'm using Synder for around 4 months to sync transactions from stripe to Xero. Synder saves thousands of hours for our accountant by doing all the sync automatically. Their support is great too. Recently I had a question about a non-standard use case, Andrey was very kind to help me find the right solution. Highly recommend using Synder.

QAQuickbooks + Shopify I am using Synder to sync the orders of Shopify with Quickbooks so I can get day to day cost of goods and profit. What I like about Synder is the amount of options and details available to choose and see, which other free apps don't have. In addition to the awesome customer support that they have, I am dealt with Lana and Felix so far and they are very helpful and fast.

GBDon't forget to cancel, they do not care if you make a mistake. Only that they get the money. I didn't realize I still had this software after the trial date, I thought I had cancelled it. I'm an extremely tiny business who can't afford the software to begin with, but made the mistake of not following through to ensure it was cancelled. Just got billed again, and explained my situation to customer service in hopes for some type of refund. "Machine accuracy. Human approach" is not accurate. I already understand they say no refunds, that it was my responsibility and all of that. With the current economy taking $497.76 from me was like a dagger. If I didn't need the money I would have lived with my mistake instead of reaching out to Snyder. So thank you very much for the human approach.

CAReally disapointed with Customer Service. Very inflexible and inpersonal when requesting cancellation or changes. Be careful with their "try before you buy" option and don't expect anything but a Robotic response about Terms and Conditions if you are hours late on cancellation. Trapped into a $500 paypment due to 4 hours being late to cancel. No flexibility, not understanding, just robots.
