GBIt's definitely the Customer Service! It's definitely the Customer Service! George has been working with me to get a tax issue to flow the way I needed it to in QBDT. It was a project, not something they normally would do. But like the great customer service he provides, he was on it! After the Development Team was finished, I have a wonderful working process now that I don't have to second guess like I've had to do with ALL integrations I've had. Great Job George!

CAReally disapointed with Customer Service. Very inflexible and inpersonal when requesting cancellation or changes. Be careful with their "try before you buy" option and don't expect anything but a Robotic response about Terms and Conditions if you are hours late on cancellation. Trapped into a $500 paypment due to 4 hours being late to cancel. No flexibility, not understanding, just robots.

GBGood tool, great support Synder has been a great tool for synchronizing our Stripe, WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online accounts. It's pretty easy to configure. Additionally, their technical support staff have been very responsive when needed.
