Dependable and Communicative I had referred a lot of clients to my old host only to be disappointed after many years of loyalty. Skystra moved one of my client site that was having real trouble quickly & efficiently, I found the way they communicated to be very involved and personalized. I like them and have since moved several clients over, will surely be migrating the rest of them over in due time as well.

Banned me from their services I purchased Web Hosting 1 day ago. I was reached out to by somebody called Melissa shortly after my migration had completed, I was then imminently banned. Apparently they didn't see their "services" as "fitting my needs". Given it is Shared Hosting, its a saturated market, and it is very simple, and easy Provider to Provider. There is nothing to not understand about it, furthermore I had a fully functional website and emailbox. I am not sure what her issue was, and she was evasive in answering that actually. If anybody from Skystra wants to reach out, give it 24 hours as I'll have to move my MX records, thanks to you! Though I can't fault Marc, he was brilliant and handled migration flawlessly.

Super good hosting! I’m a university grad (recent grad!) and while I was doing my final thesis, I needed a hosting service for my project. Skystra came in handy because I was able to use the computing resources I needed to run code and computer algorithms. Their Edge product worked really well for me. I’ve since moved down to their Cloud product because I don’t need the resources as much anymore, but I still keep my website with them. Very happy to recommend them for those who need that kind of web hosting performance.

Huge Improvement in Service and Security I got hacked at my old host and lost years of content it was a total mess, my old host wanted to charge me $300 per site to clean up a mess they had started. I came across Skystra on Twitter, someone named Marc reached out and they fixed everything for me, literally everything. I got all my data back and sites secured. This team was a total god send and real troopers, highly recommend them, I hope their prices stay as good as their service it's definitely night and day from what I had before and they deserve this 5 on 5 review after how much they helped me out of a serious jam.
