Poor customer support Been their customer for 18 years ir so, since some months the customer service went really bad. Live chat take hours to get hold to (10-25 clients in cue, each client takes 10-15mins) and eventually you have to give up. Ticket not replied since 2 days so far. Guys please be the good old midphase of the past

My Midphase chat with Daniel. I am age 86 years. This means that I am not an Information Tech genius. I have had a blog with midphase for over ten (10) years now and after all this time, yesterday, for the very first time I had to contact midphase to get assistance make my blog secure (https).
