My Midphase chat with Daniel. I am age 86 years. This means that I am not an Information Tech genius. I have had a blog with midphase for over ten (10) years now and after all this time, yesterday, for the very first time I had to contact midphase to get assistance make my blog secure (https). Yesterday I worked with Ryan for an hour. Today I worked Daniel for well over one hour. I may be age 86 but I well know excellence when I experience excellent. Poor customer support Been their customer for 18 years ir so, since some months the customer service went really bad. Live chat take hours to get hold to (10-25 clients in cue, each client takes 10-15mins) and eventually you have to give up. Ticket not replied since 2 days so far. Guys please be the good old midphase of the past

They did a server Migration that has… They did a server Migration that has blown up. It has been almost 2 weeks since they start this and I see no end in sight. The mail number of (801) 666-3139 rings once then disconnects. I have been using (801) 666-3138 the parent company and even that doesn't work anymore. I do not have ANY emails that work at present and cannot get on the server to even move my accounts elsewhere.

I have hard time with other technician, but he understands the problem and fix it and go way beyond to help. for 3 days I have no clue what to do while I was other tech and they don't understand the problem Thank you so much Amit I really appreciated for all your help

Very gracious and patient staff Danar R was very gracious and patient in working with me to recover a database I'd lost. Was very patient, calm, and I appreciated his respectful tone in helping me. Highly professional, and I can't say enough good things about Midphase. Great people!
