MXThis company its creating a caos in all… This company its creating a chaos in all the customers. A lot of issues with email, websites and no one answer on tech support. They use to be a great company but this last week they are killing all of us as small business. Now im facing the rage of my customers and some of them are planning to sue me for interrupt the service they already pay me ( and I already pay in advance to Midphase ) What a sad situation for me....

GBLogin Error Solved! Samson O was terrific. I was having trouble logging into the members only area of my association's website (so members couldn't get in either). He quickly assessed the problem and solved it for me with an interim fix, and then advised how to instruct my web admin to make further updates to ensure we don't have the issue again.

GBMy Midphase chat with Daniel. I am age 86 years. This means that I am not an Information Tech genius. I have had a blog with midphase for over ten (10) years now and after all this time, yesterday, for the very first time I had to contact midphase to get assistance make my blog secure (https). Yesterday I worked with Ryan for an hour. Today I worked Daniel for well over one hour. I may be age 86 but I well know excellence when I experience excellent. Both Ryan yesterday and Daniel today were beyond the beyond for being patient and totally professional. Each should be promoted to Sainthood!! Thanks guys. From your Ally Cap Chastain..

CAThe new 2 stage authentication is ill thought All my sites are down. I am locked out of my account. IP access to cpanel is blocked because the new 2 stage authentication relies on cookies that get removed when cache is cleared . The support team is great but the authentication has proven buggy and it is a poor design. A good design would force an alternate email backup address to avoid problems like mine. I can't call, phones are down, I can't chat because I can't authenticate. I'm ready to end a 15 year relationship with midrange
