GBWeb site is down, can't get support Our site stopped working due to an expired security certificate, which is supposed to be maintained by Midphase. The first response from the technical support took a few hours and didn't solve the problem. It is the end of the day now, and we are still waiting for the second response from the support. The chat support is not working either, and there is no way to contact support directly while our website is still down. We had positive experience in the past, but things turned downhill after the recent migration. We are getting close to moving to another provider...

GBHelping a non-techie download a WP site - 5 Stars Earlier tonight I requested help downloading a WP blog site sanjosefirst.com In the middle of the set up I was disconnected from your chat room. I re-started and Ambit B walked me through the rest of the process. He provided guidance, shared screen shots and made sure all was good. He's the person I would like the next time I need support. GBI rarely need them, but when I do ... Once again, I hit a snag that I couldn't fix myself and reached out to my heroes at Midphase tech support. And once again, Benjamine fixed my problem and I was back in business. When I think of the painstaking time it takes to get something like this done with GoDaddy, A2, or some of the others my clients use, I'm reminded why I continue to be a loyal customer of Midphase since 2002!!!!!

GBVery gracious and patient staff Danar R was very gracious and patient in working with me to recover a database I'd lost. Was very patient, calm, and I appreciated his respectful tone in helping me. Highly professional, and I can't say enough good things about Midphase. Great people!

CAThe new 2 stage authentication is ill thought All my sites are down. I am locked out of my account. IP access to cpanel is blocked because the new 2 stage authentication relies on cookies that get removed when cache is cleared . The support team is great but the authentication has proven buggy and it is a poor design. A good design would force an alternate email backup address to avoid problems like mine. I can't call, phones are down, I can't chat because I can't authenticate. I'm ready to end a 15 year relationship with midrange
