Login Error Solved! Samson O was terrific. I was having trouble logging into the members only area of my association's website (so members couldn't get in either). He quickly assessed the problem and solved it for me with an interim fix, and then advised how to instruct my web admin to make further updates to ensure we don't have the issue again.

A photographer saved by IT Very professional, I had an issue sending emails and accessing the back end of my website. I was up and running in a short time. I always contact the support chat and have never had an issue getting my website back up to speed. 10/10 recommend.

Poor customer support Been their customer for 18 years ir so, since some months the customer service went really bad. Live chat take hours to get hold to (10-25 clients in cue, each client takes 10-15mins) and eventually you have to give up. Ticket not replied since 2 days so far. Guys please be the good old midphase of the past

My Midphase chat with Daniel. I am age 86 years. This means that I am not an Information Tech genius. I have had a blog with midphase for over ten (10) years now and after all this time, yesterday, for the very first time I had to contact midphase to get assistance make my blog secure (https). Yesterday I worked with Ryan for an hour. Today I worked Daniel for well over one hour. I may be age 86 but I well know excellence when I experience excellent. Both Ryan yesterday and Daniel today were beyond the beyond for being patient and totally professional. Each should be promoted to Sainthood!! Thanks guys. From your Ally Cap Chastain..

Fool me once... We've been a Shared Hosting customer for over 10 years. We aren't running email, literally just a website. We are now in DAY 5 of an outage. It took more than TWO DAYS to even get a reply to the ticket I submitted. When they did reply they said "Rest assured, our team is diligently working to ensure a smooth transition of your data." They then closed the ticket, and now on DAY FIVE I had to resubmit the ticket because they've turned off live chat. I'm kicking myself for not quitting Midphase after we had a week long outage in October of 2022. UPDATE: The reply below asked me to "Please reach out to us directly..." Sounds helpful, but I reached out right away, and two and a half days later I still have heard nothing! My tickets also have received no reply whatsoever. Oh, and the Live Chat is saying "We apologize for the inconvenience, but our chat support is currently offline." Our site has now been down for 8.5 days and crickets. I think I've been a client for 18 years now. This is beyond bad service.
