Owen R was the 3rd tech I spoke to this… Owen R was the 3rd tech I spoke to this weekend and he was the only person to solve my issue with a simple MX record entry that the other 2 techs did not do or did not know. Your techs were helpful but it seems that some more training is required. Also your website and all the tutorials keep saying that you 'must' use the zone editor to add MX records, yet all your techs and in reality the zone editor entries seem to not be needed at all.
