Affordable prices, fast and superior service like no other! I have used other transcription service providers a few years ago but when I found Speechpad, I haven't used any other since. Unbelievably good service - fast and flexible We conducted 10+ hours of interviews with business stakeholders and asked SpeechPad to transcribe them. We got the majority back within 48 hours and the quality was superb. The sheer level of customer service also came as a surprise with consistent one-to-one contact throughout and a willingness to be flexible. They even refunded me when an audio file was uploaded twice by mistake. Good honest service.

The Best Transcription Value for Price Having looked through several competing transcription services, Speechpad came in at the lowest price and of course, one often hears that and thinks 'but don't you get what you pay for?' Happily, the folks on the phone and over email at Speechpad were gracious and attentive, and their work came in punctually and consistently. It wasn't perfect, few things are - some transcriptions had typos and misunderstandings (different formatting of transcriptions from time to time) but when those are the worst things you can say about a service, you're in a good place. If you have an infinite amount of money, then you can probably find a service which does better work for far more pay. But I would recommend Speechpad to any projects on tight budgets seeking transcription services - theirs is the best value for the price, and I expect to return to them in the future.

Fast, accurate, and reliable transcriptions I recently found myself in a project that required transcription services with tight turnaround times. Local transcription services were quoting me high prices an two-week turnarounds. Speechpad made the whole process easy and efficient, sending me transcripts within less than 48 hours. I will not hesitate to use the service in the future.

I am satisfied with the results I have been asked SpeechPad to transcript some files with quite difficult subjects. I am not 100% satisfied from the srt files, since they are not taking under consideration the subject of the speech and/or the pauses of the speaker. For example the speaker says something, pause for a minute maybe and then he changes the subject... but this is in one sentence in the srt file.... I have spent quite of time to update the srt files in a more proper narration before I upload them to the video. Also, I made the payments through bank transfers and afterwards I spent a lot of time and sent many emails trying to have the invoices marked as paid. Apart from that, there were some mistakes in the translation, some minor, some very understandable as there were references on foreign names etc, but some also were resulting in sentences that had a complete wrong gramar or had no meaning at all. Despite of all of the above, in general I am satisfied with the results of our cooperation in the meaning that they did a work that would take many weeks of my time to do it myself.
