Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. Great service, Under promise and over achieve is a great way to run a business. Whenever I've paid for the 24 hour service, the job is completed really fast. However, if I request a 72 hour service, I'll track the job and see it's perhaps 3/4 done by 24 hours but then takes almost the full 3 days for completion. I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of deliverable is outstanding, with very high accuracy.
