Usually great transcripts I used speechpad for about 8 interviews and for the most part they did a great job however the format was always different and it was very frustrating. Each transcript I got back had a different style and included different details in it so there was no consistency.

Portal improvement make your portal easier for me to upload a file then put the language and from what time frame to start/stop the transcription.

Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. And even though I sign up for the 4-day turnaround, I sometimes get them in 2 to 3 days. I heartily recommend Speechpad for ANY transcription services anyone needs. Fast, accurate and affordable. Unbelievably good service - fast and flexible We conducted 10+ hours of interviews with business stakeholders and asked SpeechPad to transcribe them. We got the majority back within 48 hours and the quality was superb. I doubt there's a better service out there Speechpad is like having your mom transcribe interviews for you -- she makes sure she checks spelling on proper nouns and uses good grammar. It's truly one of the best transcription services out there....fast and cost-effective, too!
