AUGood job Speechpad! Quick efficient and nearly always accurate. If the transcriber is unfamiliar with certain accents this could prove problematic.

CAFast, accurate, and reliable transcriptions I recently found myself in a project that required transcription services with tight turnaround times. GBSpeechpad makes it look easy I'm continually happy with Speechpad - be it their customer service or the actual transcription. Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. Any time I have a question I get an immediate response, as if a person is standing by waiting for me to ask. I will continue to use them for as long as my clients need transcriptions.

AURarely hit the 24 hour turn around… Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around times, blamed thick accents (ie, Australian). One tough one that just seemed to bounce around their pool was the straw that broke the back, yet was done with half a day by another supplier.

GBExcellent service I needed captions for 4 x 5min videos - speechpad turned it around in record time, almost perfectly. There were a couple of very minor amends required, and speechpad corrected them within hours. I couldn't recommend this service enough!
