GBExcellent service I needed captions for 4 x 5min videos - speechpad turned it around in record time, almost perfectly. There were a couple of very minor amends required, and speechpad corrected them within hours. I couldn't recommend this service enough!

GBUnbelievably good service - fast and flexible We conducted 10+ hours of interviews with business stakeholders and asked SpeechPad to transcribe them. We got the majority back within 48 hours and the quality was superb. The sheer level of customer service also came as a surprise with consistent one-to-one contact throughout and a willingness to be flexible. They even refunded me when an audio file was uploaded twice by mistake. Good honest service.

AURarely hit the 24 hour turn around… Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around times, blamed thick accents (ie, Australian). One tough one that just seemed to bounce around their pool was the straw that broke the back, yet was done with half a day by another supplier.

GBGreat service, Under promise and over achieve is a great way to run a business. Whenever I've paid for the 24 hour service, the job is completed really fast. However, if I request a 72 hour service, I'll track the job and see it's perhaps 3/4 done by 24 hours but then takes almost the full 3 days for completion. I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of deliverable is outstanding, with very high accuracy.
