Great service, Under promise and over achieve is a great way to run a business. Whenever I've paid for the 24 hour service, the job is completed really fast. However, if I request a 72 hour service, I'll track the job and see it's perhaps 3/4 done by 24 hours but then takes almost the full 3 days for completion. I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of deliverable is outstanding, with very high accuracy.

The Best Transcription Value for Price Having looked through several competing transcription services, Speechpad came in at the lowest price and of course, one often hears that and thinks 'but don't you get what you pay for?' Happily, the folks on the phone and over email at Speechpad were gracious and attentive, and their work came in punctually and consistently. It wasn't perfect, few things are - some transcriptions had typos and misunderstandings (different formatting of transcriptions from time to time) but when those are the worst things you can say about a service, you're in a good place. If you have an infinite amount of money, then you can probably find a service which does better work for far more pay. But I would recommend Speechpad to any projects on tight budgets seeking transcription services - theirs is the best value for the price, and I expect to return to them in the future.

Excellent service I needed captions for 4 x 5min videos - speechpad turned it around in record time, almost perfectly. There were a couple of very minor amends required, and speechpad corrected them within hours. I couldn't recommend this service enough!

Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. And even though I sign up for the 4-day turnaround, I sometimes get them in 2 to 3 days. I heartily recommend Speechpad for ANY transcription services anyone needs. Fast, accurate and affordable. Unbelievably good service - fast and flexible We conducted 10+ hours of interviews with business stakeholders and asked SpeechPad to transcribe them. We got the majority back within 48 hours and the quality was superb. The sheer level of customer service also came as a surprise with consistent one-to-one contact throughout and a willingness to be flexible.
