AUGood job Speechpad! Quick efficient and nearly always accurate. If the transcriber is unfamiliar with certain accents this could prove problematic.

GBGreat service, Under promise and over achieve is a great way to run a business. Whenever I've paid for the 24 hour service, the job is completed really fast. However, if I request a 72 hour service, I'll track the job and see it's perhaps 3/4 done by 24 hours but then takes almost the full 3 days for completion. I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of deliverable is outstanding, with very high accuracy.

GBAffordable prices, fast and superior service like no other! I have used other transcription service providers a few years ago but when I found Speechpad, I haven't used any other since. The prices are just right, the service is incredibly fast, and the scripts are accurate and excellent in quality. You guys are the "household name" in our business when it comes to transcriptions.
