Speechpad makes it look easy I'm continually happy with Speechpad - be it their customer service or the actual transcription. Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. Fast, accurate transcription at surprisingly low cost I had five videos on our firm's website, and wanted to get transcriptions for them so that the search engines would index their content. I found Speechpad, uploaded the videos and the next day I had all five transcripts in my account. All that for less than $24 (even with the extra charge for faster processing). Accuracy was surprisingly good; I only needed to add a comma here and there to make it read better.

Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around… Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around times, blamed thick accents (ie, Australian). One tough one that just seemed to bounce around their pool was the straw that broke the back, yet was done with half a day by another supplier.

Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. And even though I sign up for the 4-day turnaround, I sometimes get them in 2 to 3 days. I heartily recommend Speechpad for ANY transcription services anyone needs. Fast, accurate and affordable.
