Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. I doubt there's a better service out there Speechpad is like having your mom transcribe interviews for you -- she makes sure she checks spelling on proper nouns and uses good grammar. It's truly one of the best transcription services out there....fast and cost-effective, too!
