GBAffordable prices, fast and superior service like no other! I have used other transcription service providers a few years ago but when I found Speechpad, I haven't used any other since. The prices are just right, the service is incredibly fast, and the scripts are accurate and excellent in quality. You guys are the "household name" in our business when it comes to transcriptions. AUGenerally very good transcription Most jobs were of acceptable standard and I understand the difficulty of transcribing from not so perfect recordings with the added difficulty of technical terms and the Australian accent. Punctuation was at times inconsistent but overall the experience was good. Speed of getting the jobs back to me was excellent.

CAUsually great transcripts I used speechpad for about 8 interviews and for the most part they did a great job however the format was always different and it was very frustrating. Each transcript I got back had a different style and included different details in it so there was no consistency.
