Great service, Under promise and over achieve is a great way to run a business. Whenever I've paid for the 24 hour service, the job is completed really fast. However, if I request a 72 hour service, I'll track the job and see it's perhaps 3/4 done by 24 hours but then takes almost the full 3 days for completion. I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of deliverable is outstanding, with very high accuracy.

My experience with Speechpad has been … My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.

Generally very good transcription Most jobs were of acceptable standard and I understand the difficulty of transcribing from not so perfect recordings with the added difficulty of technical terms and the Australian accent. Punctuation was at times inconsistent but overall the experience was good. Speed of getting the jobs back to me was excellent.

If you're transcribing videos yourself or in-house, you're wasting time, money, and resources. The communication from Jill at Speechpad was quick and concise. Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around… Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around times, blamed thick accents (ie, Australian). One tough one that just seemed to bounce around their pool was the straw that broke the back, yet was done with half a day by another supplier.
