Speechpad makes it look easy I'm continually happy with Speechpad - be it their customer service or the actual transcription. Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. Any time I have a question I get an immediate response, as if a person is standing by waiting for me to ask. I will continue to use them for as long as my clients need transcriptions.

Excellent service I needed captions for 4 x 5min videos - speechpad turned it around in record time, almost perfectly. There were a couple of very minor amends required, and speechpad corrected them within hours. I couldn't recommend this service enough!

My experience with Speechpad has been … My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.

Generally very good transcription Most jobs were of acceptable standard and I understand the difficulty of transcribing from not so perfect recordings with the added difficulty of technical terms and the Australian accent. Punctuation was at times inconsistent but overall the experience was good. Speed of getting the jobs back to me was excellent.
