Generally very good transcription Most jobs were of acceptable standard and I understand the difficulty of transcribing from not so perfect recordings with the added difficulty of technical terms and the Australian accent. Punctuation was at times inconsistent but overall the experience was good. Speed of getting the jobs back to me was excellent.

Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly.
