GBSpeechpad makes it look easy I'm continually happy with Speechpad - be it their customer service or the actual transcription. Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. CAUsually great transcripts I used speechpad for about 8 interviews and for the most part they did a great job however the format was always different and it was very frustrating. Each transcript I got back had a different style and included different details in it so there was no consistency.

AURarely hit the 24 hour turn around… Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around times, blamed thick accents (ie, Australian). One tough one that just seemed to bounce around their pool was the straw that broke the back, yet was done with half a day by another supplier.
