Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. AUGenerally very good transcription Most jobs were of acceptable standard and I understand the difficulty of transcribing from not so perfect recordings with the added difficulty of technical terms and the Australian accent. Punctuation was at times inconsistent but overall the experience was good. Speed of getting the jobs back to me was excellent.

GBI doubt there's a better service out there Speechpad is like having your mom transcribe interviews for you -- she makes sure she checks spelling on proper nouns and uses good grammar. It's truly one of the best transcription services out there....fast and cost-effective, too!
