We got the majority back within 48 hours and the quality was superb. The sheer level of customer service also came as a surprise with consistent one-to-one contact throughout and a willingness to be flexible. Generally very good transcription Most jobs were of acceptable standard and I understand the difficulty of transcribing from not so perfect recordings with the added difficulty of technical terms and the Australian accent. Punctuation was at times inconsistent but overall the experience was good. Speed of getting the jobs back to me was excellent.
