My experience with Speechpad has been … My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.

Speechpad is accurate, fast and affordable In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been. for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. And even though I sign up for the 4-day turnaround, I sometimes get them in 2 to 3 days. I heartily recommend Speechpad for ANY transcription services anyone needs. Fast, accurate and affordable. Great service, Under promise and over achieve is a great way to run a business. Whenever I've paid for the 24 hour service, the job is completed really fast. However, if I request a 72 hour service, I'll track the job and see it's perhaps 3/4 done by 24 hours but then takes almost the full 3 days for completion. I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, quality of deliverable is outstanding, with very high accuracy.

Speechpad makes it look easy I'm continually happy with Speechpad - be it their customer service or the actual transcription. Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. Any time I have a question I get an immediate response, as if a person is standing by waiting for me to ask. I will continue to use them for as long as my clients need transcriptions.
