CAIt's now been a week and no resolution… It's now been a week and no resolution from Westhost. My email servers still dont work and its costing me business. Received a few unhelpful emails, nothing to address the problems. They said they have too many service tickets so they cant call to help me, but if I email my exact issues they will help. I sent multiple emails to the address the auto responder sent to me here, but no response. I did receive an email telling me that I had opened too many service tickets and I'm not being helpful?!? but in that email didnt address the issues or try to help. What a useless company . They take your money, cause problems and then hide! beware and stay away from Westhost!!

GBWe have been out of businsss for four… We have been out of businsss for four days due to this migration. All support from Westhost is nil. We submitted tickets and they get closed. What's going on? If you are going out of business, please let us know so we can move on instead of losing the business we have due to Westhost not doing their job or informing us of how to fix this. Why do I keep getting kicked out of support chat when I become number one? Just answers, please.

GBWesthost is a nightmare Westhost sends an email saying, "congratulations, your website migration is complete and was successful." Not until several screenloads below does the email say that you must take action within just 7 days or they will take down your website and delete your emails. No forewarning. No urgent reminders. No subject line warning. Furthermore, it says that you must update your DNS records but not exactly what changes to make. The email migration itself causes problems, with email readers on windows, Android, and Apple not correctly reflecting folders and their contents. In short, a nightmare. Yet you cannot get though to costumer support by chat, phone, or email, which is undoubtedly flooded from the mess they have created for their customers. At the same time, hosting prices are rising. In short, time for a new host. Suggestions?

GBOnly Samson could help After months, and I mean months, of trying to get my domain to get and send emails, finally Samson was the only technician that could help me. I truly was about to go to GoDaddy because no one knew what they were doing. Samson knew right away. I wish I had got him as a tech months ago. An email should be sent out to everyone telling them how to fix someone that is having a problem like I was.

GBI was having trouble and needed support I called WestHost support with a technical and billing question. John Q was able to answer both. He suggested I change my plan to one that was 66% cheeper with greater flexibility. He spent quite a lot of time with me and never did I feel rushed. He was patient, polite, spoke clearly and to the point. I hung up feeling that I accomplished more than I had planned.
