Scott L Scott L. was extremely helpful to assist me with switching back and forth between PHP 7.4 and 8.0 to identify issues we were having with a WP theme. We were able to expose issues with the theme to confirm our assumptions it is time to migrate to a new WP theme that is more compatible and supported by developers for PHP 8.0. Scott was patient, willing, and articulate and providing easy clear support.

I made some mistakes and Tech support saved me I tried to do something I really know what I was doing. I reached out to technical support, they fixed my problem and then broke something else. They kept in constant contact with me while everything was resolved. This is not the first time they have helped me fix problems due to my own incompentance.

Received a few unhelpful emails, nothing to address the problems. They said they have too many service tickets so they cant call to help me, but if I email my exact issues they will help. I sent multiple emails to the address the auto responder sent to me here, but no response. I did receive an email telling me that I had opened too many service tickets and I'm not being helpful?!? but in that email didnt address the issues or try to help. What a useless company . They take your money, cause problems and then hide! beware and stay away from Westhost!!
