Did a really stupid thing Did a really stupid thing. While cleaning up some really old email accounts, I deleted a very active email account. Support was able to restore it! Only one possible improvement -- I don't mind waiting my turn for support, but it's near impossible to NOT do anything else. It would be really helpful if you could find a way ring a bell or flash the text window when the tech is finally available.

WestHost tech support is great WestHost tech support is ALWAYS saving me. They are knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and they get the problem solved quickly while teaching me a little something more each time when I have questions. Oh, I left out patient! Because I'm only moderately tech savvy, they are able to answer my questions at my level of understanding. Great support is why I stick with WestHost.

I was having trouble and needed support I called WestHost support with a technical and billing question. John Q was able to answer both. He suggested I change my plan to one that was 66% cheeper with greater flexibility. He spent quite a lot of time with me and never did I feel rushed. He was patient, polite, spoke clearly and to the point. I hung up feeling that I accomplished more than I had planned.

We were able to expose issues with the theme to confirm our assumptions it is time to migrate to a new WP theme that is more compatible and supported by developers for PHP 8.0.
