Never received the product. I bought a Cisco managed switch. They said it was in stock and that it would ship in 3 to 4 days. I made the wire transfer. A month has passed and they do not answer my e-mail. When I call they just give excuses. They say they will not refund. This site is probably a scam. The five star reviews in this site are fake.

Worst experience with a vendor, ever! Our first and only experience was for a large order of SAS disk drives. Everything about the experience was bad. From the ordering process, through the payment process, to fulfillment. How these people have so many 5-star ratings is puzzling. Nothing about the people we interacted with was professional.
