CLNever received the product. I bought a Cisco managed switch. They said it was in stock and that it would ship in 3 to 4 days. I made the wire transfer. A month has passed and they do not answer my e-mail. When I call they just give excuses. They say they will not refund. This site is probably a scam. The five star reviews in this site are fake.

They're also highly attentive and provide excellent service. I bought a hard disk drive and a computer processor, and I'm happy with them! I tell my friends who are looking for computer components and accessories about it.
