CLNever received the product. I bought a Cisco managed switch. They said it was in stock and that it would ship in 3 to 4 days. I made the wire transfer. A month has passed and they do not answer my e-mail. When I call they just give excuses. They say they will not refund. This site is probably a scam. The five star reviews in this site are fake.

GBSlow processing, slow response customer service, advertise more stock than they have. We ordered 7 Drives from ALLHDD.com on an UPS express Delivery which cost an astonishing 280USD for what should cost no more than 60/70USD with UPS. it took them 4 days to even process the payment, to then make up several excuses about why the stock could not be shipped after 4 days by which time this should have already been delivered. Failed testing, then they were out of stock. At least 3 different customer representatives never got back to us how to resolve the issue or about ordering alternative parts. First and last time we will shop with them.
