Not Trustworthy At All The website and reps said parts were in stock, I placed the order, they charged my credit card immediately ($13,700) and only partially shipped out the order (5 months later) after threatening to cancel. I'm getting with the credit card company and possibly legal team to fight them on the remaining parts they never shipped. The 5 star reviews are all fake and in broken English, this company is trash.

The site has everything technology lovers need to optimize their experience, including excellent quality in their products. It's super easy to use and very safe, the last battery I bought arrived super fast, I trust them a lot.

i really enjoyed the experience i came across the website from a friends recommendation, The drive was shipped properly, nicely covered and floating between end caps snug-fitted inside a cardboard box and enclosed in a large bubble wrap envelope. Done right. the costumer services really nice and helpful. i really enjoyed the experience and will differently recommend it to others.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED I ordered NEW hard drives from their website and they shipped USED hard drives (shipped from Ebay sellers!). Received the items in home made style packaging with insufficient protection. Refused to accept a return and to waive the restocking fees. Terrible business practices, got tired of calling and emailing them again and again, will not order from this company ever again.
