I received an acknowledgement early Monday morning and within 30 minutes I had a response from shipping that the adapter was being shipped. Now that’s service, great Customer Service. Thank you.

CAGreat exchange policy I purchased this Costco online in December, once received it only worked once and then malfunctioned. Contacted Silk’n and they sent out a replacement which so far is functioning. I have no comments yet on how good it works at stopping hair growth.

CAWhen I called Silk'n to find out what… When I called Silk'n to find out what to do with my toothbrush because it was not working I spoke to a lady that at first seemed a little skeptical but after I gave her all my information she was very helpful and extremely nice. She took all my information and told me a new toothbrush would be sent out as soon as possible. I wish all returns of goods could and would be handled in the manner this one was.
