This is the second time I have had to contact BlueHost about something needing to be untangled that should not have gone wrong. First, was two-item authentication which left me unable to connect with my web page over 10 days. Second, was scrambling up two administrator's login identities.

However, no luck on my part, so I reached out via chat support again and Sinchan was definitely a HUGE help with his patience and knowledge.
