Was having a duplicate name server… Was having a duplicate name server issue - between old ISP and bluehost.com and Aishwarya got right to root of the problem and resolved it. No fuss, no muss. Very happy with the high quality of the tech support at bluenote.com.

Site was down and fixed by Support immediately after reported issue. Customer support rep, Aishwarya, was fantastic. She fixed the issue created by BlueHost immediately. But not so happy on why my sites went down. Aishwarya gets 5 star. BH gets a 3 star.
