Not All Heroes Wear Capes My site went down and I needed it fixed fast. The experience at the start was not much help, so I disconnected and attempted to follow instructions given. However, no luck on my part, so I reached out via chat support again and Sinchan was definitely a HUGE help with his patience and knowledge. Wish I had him from the start, but glad he was able to solve my issue quickly. Sinchan, you ROCK!

I have used Bluehost for many years I have used Bluehost for many years. They coached me through creating my website. I think they are available 24/7 possibly, because they are always there when I call with a question. They keep the conversation clear and straightforward. I have enjoyed working with them. Site was down and fixed by Support immediately after reported issue. Customer support rep, Aishwarya, was fantastic. She fixed the issue created by BlueHost immediately. But not so happy on why my sites went down. Aishwarya gets 5 star. BH gets a 3 star.

And was trying to figure if someone had… And was trying to figure if someone had hacked my site and I needed help changing my password and linking my new domain The attendant was helpful , knowledgeable and kept reassuring me that he will take care of everything which he did very quickly.

To call them 2nd rate is being too kind... Have been having a few problems that needed resolution. One specific problem was that my entire billing history was missing from within the self-service portal which meant I couldn't tell how much I would be billed in the next billing cycle (which happens once every 3-4 years). The support agent couldn't tell me either and indicated someone would get back to me. Well, noone did get back to me and next thing I knew, my card was charged $500+. Bluehost are just impossible to deal with and to call them "second rate" would be too kind.
