GBIf you want reviews I shouldn't need trustpilot acct Got message from Carbonite saying that my account hadn't backed up lately, so I logged on and updated Carbonite...in the process I had left a message on whatever they call their virtual assistant. Soon they checked what I had written and informed me the steps I should have taken before reinstalling software. I did that and it works fine. Would have been nice if the process were included in the download instructions. But all's well that ends well.

GBCarbonite has requested a review Carbonite has requested a review with reminders many times. Recently they apologized for bugging me. That's the first time a company has done that and it made me feel a little ashamed in being neglectful. It also reminded me that feedback is really important to you. In terms of feedback I'm quite satisfied. I assume everything is going along fine because I get periodic reminders of the back ups and I just truck on along.

GBNew iMac Pro New iMac Pro. Best Buy transferred data/info(?). Everything didn’t seem right. Carbonite tech did a great job helping me through. Still think there are issues with data transfer. Best Buy sold me Webroot virus protection. It did not install. BB “geek” said new iMac Pro not yet “cleared” for Webroot, try in a few weeks. Carbonite tech said Carbonite recently acquired Webroot. I still can’t installWebroot. Any advice?

GBCarbonite has to be the best back-up program out there!!! I am a customer for many years! Highly recommend! I have been using Carbonite back-up program for many years. EXTREMELY happy! It saved me many times over the years! When I lost documents on my computer, Carbonite to the rescue! Or when I needed to go to a previous version of a document if by mistake I saved a computer document, but had deleted info before re-saving. Carbonite again to the rescue! I know of someone who was fired by his job because he didn't back up documents & he had visited homes & documented info for the job, but his computer crashed & lost everything. He wished he had a great program like Carbonite! Very, very highly recommend!

GBConstant emails about back-up stopping...nothing has helped. I have been a Carbonite member for many years. This past year, 2023, was a continuous stream of emails from Carbonite telling me my back-up was out of date and to download the software again. At least 6 times in the past year. This is not user-friendly and it certainly isn't what I signed up for. I signed up for a full year of trouble-free, transparent and effective back up of my computer. Instead I've got a sometimes it works/sometimes it doesn't waste of time. I have aske for a refund multiple times, but they have adamantly refused even when they check my account and see how many emails they've sent me. I'm stuck until next August 2024 with this user-unfriendly service.
