GBBest support ever. I just installed Carbonite 2.8.4 on my new Mac Studio, and had an installation problem as a result of some detritus migrated over from an older Mac. I called Carbonite support, was connected to "James", and had the best support experience I've ever had with an App provider in my 16 years as a Mac user. In 15 minutes, James not only fixed my Carbonite installation and got the backup going, but reviewed my situation and provided suggestions for all the backup preferences. He knew his way around a Mac better than anybody I've ever worked with.

GBSecure with Carbonite… This is the second time that I provide information on my experience with Carbonite. As was stated earlier, it's a tremendous service, which leaves me feeling secure about the data on my computer should any event occur that would cause me to lose anything of value. So far, I haven't had a bad experience.

GBCarbonite has requested a review Carbonite has requested a review with reminders many times. Recently they apologized for bugging me. That's the first time a company has done that and it made me feel a little ashamed in being neglectful. It also reminded me that feedback is really important to you. In terms of feedback I'm quite satisfied. I assume everything is going along fine because I get periodic reminders of the back ups and I just truck on along.

GBDon't sweat computer crash. Your stuff is safe. I've used Carbonite since they started after hearing about it on NPR. I've had a couple computers totally crash since them with my 30,000 digital photos on them. Each time, I just get a repair done or a new computer, Carbonite seemlessly puts everything back like it was. I really appreciate knowing that my digital memories are safe with Carbonite. Thanks!
