That's the first time a company has done that and it made me feel a little ashamed in being neglectful. It also reminded me that feedback is really important to you. In terms of feedback I'm quite satisfied. I assume everything is going along fine because I get periodic reminders of the back ups and I just truck on along.

I had to restore my files due to hard-drive replacement I had to restore my files due to needing a replacement hard-drive on my Dell desktop. Carbonite's instructions on line were very helpful. There were a few minor things that I didn't know about until after the restore but they seemed to resolve themselves! Carbonite's invaluable help when you lose all your data is well worth their very fair cost.

My "computer guy" recommended Carbonite… My "computer guy" recommended Carbonite when my last computer crashed. Very easy to buy, download and select files to backup. I appreciate the comfort of knowing my files and photos are safe should I ever "lose" my computer again. Backup is automatic and seamless. Very happy with this product.

Moving from an old laptop to a new one… Moving from an old laptop to a new one without needing to have an IT person do it for me!. Hardest part is figuring out which downloaded software I needed. Other events made this a little more difficult but still a positive experience.

Don't sweat computer crash. Your stuff is safe. I've used Carbonite since they started after hearing about it on NPR. I've had a couple computers totally crash since them with my 30,000 digital photos on them. Each time, I just get a repair done or a new computer, Carbonite seemlessly puts everything back like it was. I really appreciate knowing that my digital memories are safe with Carbonite. Thanks!
