Very pleased with the service Ordering from Canada can be full of surprises with custom delays and costs. However, this went smoothly as GearLaunch had promised. I ordered the wrong size but GL agreed with their smiling service to replace the order at a reduced cost. Much appreciated and great service.

This Company Could Teach Customer Service This company's customer service is top-notch. I ordered the wrong product and had to cancel my order. I expected to struggle getting a refund, but the customer service promptly refunded without phone calls or difficulty of any type. I certainly wish other companies could learn from your customer service

Ordered a great looking shirt Ordered a great looking shirt, but then had an issue with the package not being delivered and no shipping updates available. Contacted the company and they were right on it, verifying all the info, following up with me every step, and ultimately reprinting and reshaping the shirt which was as great as I had hoped. I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee… I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee shirt (Christmas gift) with bleach in a laundry oversight and was thrilled when the GearLaunch team responded to my request to duplicate the order in March. Both Fernanda and the GearLaunch team were super helpful in fulfilling my request. The product was beautifully made and held a lot of happy childhood memories of his birth place. The tee shirt was extra special because of the long sleeves, quality material and softness of the product. The size (L) was a perfect fit for him. I will use GearLaunch again for future purchases. no Honor to stated order Placed an order and I paid to ship expidited . promised to deliver between 1/31/24 - 2/2/24. order was not shipped until 2/3/24 and it was shipped normal mail.- 1 day past the promised delivery date. they stated they could not refund my expidited fees even though they shipped past the promised delivery date. Very poor customer service and what I have read this is very common fromm this company. do not use them
