USGoing the extra mile.. I ordered two different Star Trek shirts in different colors. I received an email from the company that the shirts were no longer available in my selected colors, but that I could choose another color instead. Most companies would have just said the shirts I wanted were no longer in stock and would have cancelled my order. I was impressed that they took the time to offer me an alternative so that my order would still be processed. Great customer service!

USMy experience I am so grateful for this company, I have tried to buy a certain insignia for my son. Infantry but could not find any. I was so happy to find a company that respects veterans. USThis Company Could Teach Customer Service This company's customer service is top-notch. I ordered the wrong product and had to cancel my order. I expected to struggle getting a refund, but the customer service promptly refunded without phone calls or difficulty of any type. I certainly wish other companies could learn from your customer service
