CAVery pleased with the service Ordering from Canada can be full of surprises with custom delays and costs. However, this went smoothly as GearLaunch had promised. I ordered the wrong size but GL agreed with their smiling service to replace the order at a reduced cost. Much appreciated and great service.

USI received my shirts today and wasn't… I received my shirts today and wasn't expecting them till Friday. I Love Them, the size is what I wanted and I was worried they may not be true to size, they're perfect. They're also a very good quality tee also which I was concerned about due to the price but hey, good job teeoddy.com. Thank you!!!

USI destroyed my husband's fairly new tee… I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee shirt (Christmas gift) with bleach in a laundry oversight and was thrilled when the GearLaunch team responded to my request to duplicate the order in March. Both Fernanda and the GearLaunch team were super helpful in fulfilling my request. The product was beautifully made and held a lot of happy childhood memories of his birth place. The tee shirt was extra special because of the long sleeves, quality material and softness of the product. The size (L) was a perfect fit for him. I will use GearLaunch again for future purchases.
