GBAs the saying goes, "It doesn't get any better than this". I've only been working with GearLaunch for a short period of time. And it hasn't made a bit of difference! Every contact with them be it text, email, phone call etc has been handled with the greatest of respect, helpfulness and an, "I WANT to help you" attitude. I can't give enough kudos to this company and their employees. Don Whittecar 296 Meadow Road Stevensville, Montana 59870

SEAlert and helpful service! We were disappointed in the color of some hoodies we’d ordered, well aware of the difficulty in giving a perfect shade of color in photos. We received a prompt and nice reply and everything was sorted out in a perfect manner. Attentive, helpful and quick.

GBno Honor to stated order Placed an order and I paid to ship expidited . promised to deliver between 1/31/24 - 2/2/24. order was not shipped until 2/3/24 and it was shipped normal mail.- 1 day past the promised delivery date. they stated they could not refund my expidited fees even though they shipped past the promised delivery date. Very poor customer service and what I have read this is very common fromm this company. do not use them

GBThis Company Could Teach Customer Service This company's customer service is top-notch. I ordered the wrong product and had to cancel my order. I expected to struggle getting a refund, but the customer service promptly refunded without phone calls or difficulty of any type. I certainly wish other companies could learn from your customer service

GBI hope this review is posted I hope this review is posted. I received two tops from lovesometees.com as a gift. They are fine. However on their website they are displaying a shirt with the word "AUTISM" with a little kid's toy train. Underneath that are the two words AUTISM UNIVERSITY. That shirt is clearly insensitive and cruel. Having an autistic granddaughter. I find this shirt and the company so very offensive. They exemplify the word "bullying." I invite anyone from the company to come shadow my granddaughter any day and walk a mile in her shoes. It is heart-breaking!
