GBA few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and… A few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and one of them got cut during shipping. I didn't put insurance on because I thought I didn't need it since the last times all went so smoothly. Well this time it didn't and it wasn't the seller's fault but USPS did the damage. I contacted the company to see if I could get another shirt and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Well, what a surprise I didn't have to pay a penny and the issue was resolve in less then 48 hours and that over the weekend. Now where does that ever happen!!! Even if you have been a costumer for quite sometime this just isn't the case. So thanks to Dana who was fast and right on the ball I got another shirt and it came quicker then predicted. I was totally blown away. This was such a great experience and hassle free. Thanks a million for such a pleasant experience.

CAVery pleased with the service Ordering from Canada can be full of surprises with custom delays and costs. However, this went smoothly as GearLaunch had promised. I ordered the wrong size but GL agreed with their smiling service to replace the order at a reduced cost. Much appreciated and great service.

GBOrdered a great looking shirt Ordered a great looking shirt, but then had an issue with the package not being delivered and no shipping updates available. Contacted the company and they were right on it, verifying all the info, following up with me every step, and ultimately reprinting and reshaping the shirt which was as great as I had hoped. Fantastic customer service, and a really cool shirt!!

GBI received my shirts today and wasn't… I received my shirts today and wasn't expecting them till Friday. I Love Them, the size is what I wanted and I was worried they may not be true to size, they're perfect. They're also a very good quality tee also which I was concerned about due to the price but hey, good job teeoddy.com. Thank you!!!

GBScam site Ordered alumni hoodie and minutes later, fellow alumnus told me it's a scam and the seller was using the school logo without authorization. Emailed seller within an hour from time I placed an order and received reply saying order has been processed already and cannot cancel. Fast forward, it's been 5 weeks and shipment didn't arrive. Shipment tracking didn't update since 4 weeks ago. Emailed seller for status today and email bounced back. GearLaunch is hosting scam seller!
