Scam site Ordered alumni hoodie and minutes later, fellow alumnus told me it's a scam and the seller was using the school logo without authorization. Emailed seller within an hour from time I placed an order and received reply saying order has been processed already and cannot cancel. Fast forward, it's been 5 weeks and shipment didn't arrive. Shipment tracking didn't update since 4 weeks ago. Emailed seller for status today and email bounced back. GearLaunch is hosting scam seller!

I hope this review is posted I hope this review is posted. I received two tops from lovesometees.com as a gift. They are fine. However on their website they are displaying a shirt with the word "AUTISM" with a little kid's toy train. Underneath that are the two words AUTISM UNIVERSITY. That shirt is clearly insensitive and cruel. Having an autistic granddaughter. I find this shirt and the company so very offensive. They exemplify the word "bullying." I invite anyone from the company to come shadow my granddaughter any day and walk a mile in her shoes. It is heart-breaking!

One star is too many GearLaunch is a site where copyright thieves dupe people into purchasing knock off clothing that may or may not actually get delivered with stolen logos. At least buy better quality knock offs on ebay.

I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee… I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee shirt (Christmas gift) with bleach in a laundry oversight and was thrilled when the GearLaunch team responded to my request to duplicate the order in March. Both Fernanda and the GearLaunch team were super helpful in fulfilling my request. The product was beautifully made and held a lot of happy childhood memories of his birth place. The tee shirt was extra special because of the long sleeves, quality material and softness of the product. The size (L) was a perfect fit for him. I will use GearLaunch again for future purchases. Many thanks to Fernanda in Customer Support for her professionalism and kindness. I greatly appreciated her follow through.

I placed an order before Christmas I placed an order before Christmas. I did not receive until after on December 28th. I have been trying for over 3weeks to reach customer service and no one has replied to me. I will never do business with company again. Stay away. Very dissatisfied.
